Friendly helpful staff-including housekeeping and engineering. Beautiful location and good restaurants. Parking underground felt more secure.

Beautiful family and pet friendly hotel! The view of the bay was awesome! I cannot believe the amenities! The bathtub was enormous and the separate shower was a plus!

We enjoyed our stay, but will probably chose another hotel on our next visit. Considering it was Christmas, there was very little emphasis on holiday decor. Am grateful, though, that I could bring my pet. It just seemed to be "off season". ...read more

The hotel was overpriced, despite the location. They wanted to charge for everything meanwhile the service provided was mediocre, if they are going to charge me thirty dollars a night for parking then there shouldn't be cat paws all over my car every morning. There were grossly moldy strawberries in the mini-bar fridge, yet the housecleaning staff had no problem checking to see if you had a drink from the mini-bar. Many times kids could be heard running up and down the hallway at 6:30 in the morning. This was a consistent problem along with dogs. Couldn't use the internet without paying, even in the business lounge the internet was 50.00 for only 77 minutes. ...read more
